This was pretty average. It needs more flavour. I was expecting more ingredients since fish sauce and egg are taken out.

It’s a shame that this was average Summer. As you say, the need to replace for the lack of egg and fish sauce...maybe just egg could work?! 🤔 I do miss the Pad Thai I had out in Thailand a few years ago 😋 🇹🇭
