This was a very filling dish indeed. Love the ‘egg’ bullseyes idea. Very creative.
Tomatoes was well seasoned, the ‘bullseye’ had a nice crunch. Tasted a little like apom. The spinach and tofu mix was delish - nicely seasoned, much like the sweet potatoes. Tempeh was not too bad as well. For me, flavour wise overall it was an okay but I enjoyed the variety on the plate.
