
I’ve only recently started to use vegetable broth base instead of water in my soups. I find it very convenient but it is very high in sodium so I don’t add any extra salt! 😆

I suggest you to use concentred vegetables broth base, not sure if it contains less sodium but it's really more economic ;) you can do really more of it, just need to boil some water and mix it with your base. It's also more easy to mesure depending on your need. Since you need to consume all the carton in 14 days I was often force to put it down to waste if I didn't use it all the first time. Anyway it's just me but just wanted to share my tips :)
