First time trying this it wasn't spicy at all in my opinion it was more on the sweet side. It was delicious though. Serving size is 1 pouch but I split it in half and served with rice it was very filling and comforting. I can't wait to try the other flavors! Highly recommend for a quick meal at home or work... even camping!!!
