This dish is like an Anti-Christmas party and a Diwali party happening at once in my mouth and at the moment, the relatives are all fighting.
Is it uncomfortably spicy? Yes.
Is it going to burn my ass? Probably.
Am I going to google what chemicals are in it so I can try and replicate the flavour? Yes.
Will I eat it again should the opportunity present itself? Yes.
Should you stop being a wuss and eat it? Yes.
So the packet comes with clear instructions on how to cook it. I did exactly that. Even took the same pot as in the visualisation. It has a packet of the spice mixture and a packet of 'flakes' which are dehydrated carrots, red pepper, green onion, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and vegetable protein.
But why you should like this post regardless is because I low-key dipped my phone's camera into the pot to get a picture of the bloody flakes and took it out before my lens would experience any heat damage.
