Artisan pasta with wholemeal spelled flour and wholemeal fava bean flour (both organic); rich in protein, calcium and iron; with an intense aroma and a flavor so tasty that I recommend enjoying with a light condiment even just a few fresh cherry tomatoes, a little salt, raw extra virgin olive oil and parsley.
