Honestly, this is not the best. I prefer PB fit. The flavor isn't as good, and the Walmart website said the only ingredients were peanuts, but when it came I saw it has refined cane sugar, which I'm not supposed to have. That's why it's lasted me so long, I can't have much of it. :(
