I have tried already tempeh before but the soy one and I didn't like it since it has a bitter aftertaste. Someone told me that this one with green peas is better so I bought it and tried it. And it's good! It doesn't have any bitter aftertaste. Also nutritionally is great.
About the texture, I don't know how to describe it properly, but it's kinda soft.
I recommend it!
