Review of Green Jackfruit in Brine - Trader Joe's by hereforareason

Trader Joe’s is a constant source of new and interesting foods. I’m grateful to have discovered their jackfruit just as I started going more and more plant-based. These cans are a great pantry staple. I’ve won a vegetarian chili contest judged by firefighters with them. Most recently, my partner made me a coconut jackfruit stew (with chickpea mashed potatoes) that was delightful. May have to do them as a meat sub in tacos next! #abillionlove
