This dish is fire. Not spicy but super tasty. It has it all, mushrooms, veggies, even beyond in it. Don’t be hesitant because there’s faux meat, it’s hearty and taste so good. I want this ramen every week. The rest of their vegan menu is top tier too! The appetizers, the sushi rolls.
