These are good if prepared correctly. The box looks amazing the actual product shrink-wrapped in the box looks horrible. I tasted it cold which I wouldn’t recommend doing.
You’ll need to pan-fry a few slices in a little olive oil, add smoked cheese and let it melt. Grill some red onion and add those to your sandwich along with your favorite dressing and veggies and you’ll find it’s a game-changer. I like making my Seitan however I’ll be keeping a few of these in my freezer.
