Can you believe these sausages are vegan and made out of tofu?! I am really into experimenting with homade vegan meats. Never underestimate the power of tofu and vital wheat gluten, what a duo! I feel like the best vegan meats are usually a combo of soy & wheat. There are some amazing recipes for vegan sausages online. It took some trial and error. Be patient, be creative!
