Wow, I was so impressed by this dish! They used Impossible Meat to make a meatloaf that honestly tastes better than real meat I've had before. The flavor and texture is great, and the mashed sweet potatoes tasted very natural too. I think this is my first 5-star review haha but genuinely amazed at what can be done with mock meats these days! Very worth it too, with a 3 course lunch set at $150. #veganuary
