Roasted eggplant is a huge favourite of mine , so I had to order this . This dip was simple amazing, Flavoured with Miso paste, garlic, olive oil, tahini and cumin. I loved how it was plated , must saw I loved the vibe of all the mixed crockery, gave a warm homely feel
