Mr Lahey's is such an incredible little gem. 100% vegan they do tonnes of organic juices and smoothies but also sourdough toasties, at least one fresh main option and vegan pastries from Forest Bakery. The Caprese toastie is absolutely delicious, it is made with homemade cashew mozzarella which is to die for, homemade fresh pesto and fresh tomatoes. Topped with a sprinkling of seeds. You won't be disappointed.
