This is not the cheapest alternative of walnuts but its taste is definitely great, so smooth and if you mill them, adding then into porridge is just so delicious or into cake during baking, you can reduce the flour and add walnuts, it's up to your imagination but they definitely need to be part of your food plan 🤩😋
