If Lion’s Mane mushroom had a strong taste (and it doesn’t) you wouldn’t have tasted it anyway over the power of the sweet and salty sauce this baby comes soaked in. My word it was tasty. And CRUNCHY. Every. Single. Piece was crisped to perfection. The great thing about lion’s mane mushroom is that it has a texture resembling crab or lobster, so I was reminded of that but with none of the fishy taste. This dish also came with a garnish of slivered almonds and raw cherry tomatoes, which was a bit random and didn’t suit what else was going on on the plate. Overall, too good to share. You get this for yo’self.
