Food trailer/truck in a quieter part of Portland it seems. The container is neither plastic nor styrofoam, appears to be a recycled material. Silverware too. Big points for that.

The bowl has Ziti pasta with "mac sauce", Chinese broccoli, Korean BBQ soy curls, crispy shallots and scallions. With a tiny side of Slaw.

There's a lot of food here. Tastes good - Mostly savoury, some sweetness. My toddler mouth unfortunately felt on fucking fire halfway through, and now having downed all of it I feel I may be dead. I'm not sure I'm alive. Probably writing this from hell.

I will certainly be back to try other food from this awesome place. If I get this guy again, I shall be prepared with ice water, nice cream, tissues, a polar bear and a coffin.
