The "meatball" is made of mushroom and some kind of taro or potato. Actually I prefer the texture of their tofu patties in the vietnamese noodle soup. However, the sauce is amazing. It has a western hint (rosemarry, I guess) in a vietnamese traditional dish. This one go with coconut rice, which I also love.
