Queued for an hour for this! Request for it without the egg. The broth is like shoyu and the ramen has loads of spring onions in it. The experience is amazing! They help you to take photos and they also 'confiscate' your phone by helping you to take a photo, then placing it on an upside down tripod to film the entire flaming process where they torch your ramen!
