Review of Sacha Lion's Mane Udon at nomVnom Bistro by cody

I've given max stars for this. It has two of my favourite mushrooms, lions mane and portobello, both of which were chewy and juicy with the soup. The soup was chock full of flavour and was so good I couldn't help drinking it all up to the last drop. The greens and tomatoes gave the savory dish a good balance and the udon was soft and springy. This just became my favourite dish in Nomvnom.
