Divine is a lovely vegetarian coffee shop on the tail end of Upper Serangoon Road at a quiet corner of Hougang.
This Assam Laksa is a rippa. It’s tangy from the tamarind and pineapples. Not too spicy. The soy fish is crispy and works well with the sour and spicy gravy.
