Braised Tempeh Quesadilla no Platypus Cantina — Avaliação do Pal (20 de dez. de 2020)

There were quite a few dishes with braised tempeh on the menu. I am a big tempeh fan and found the combination really different and intriguing. However, the dish did not blend in well. If they had to customise then maybe they shd think about adding sambal chilly paste with this to give it the Indonesian touch. All in all a little disappointed.
