Loved this plant-based schnitzel. One of the few "burgers" that isn't and Impossible or Beyond burger. It's nicely crispy and doesn't taste like meat at all. It also doesn't taste like 5- spice powder like a lot of Asian soy meats products. I liked the toppings. Good amount of guac. Bun is soft and fresh. Order without cheese and with lettuce bun for vegan.
