We ordered takeaway for this dish, and the noodles became a bit mushy when we eat, so I believe the judgement won't be accurate. However, the portion is good and the seasoning is pretty delicious too. The dumpling skin is not thick, so it doesn't feel too heavy. The filling of the dumpling is generous too.
