These are packed with good stuff. :) Not great for people with tree nut allergies though. (Luckily I am not one of them) Kinda like a normal date ball but with a surprise macadamia nut butter center. I used to have date balls when I wanted a quick protein filled snack on the run and this is perfect for that kind of thing. I will say though that you can taste the seeds and nuts quite prominently and I am not a huge pumpkin seed fan. I bought these online at Faithful to Nature. :) Would buy them again.
