This pasta salad was absolutely delicious. It rotini pasta, corn, onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc. all tossed in a yummy southwest kind of dressing. This company makes like five different flavors of these pasta salads, but not all of them are vegan, so be on the lookout before buying one. This one and one or two others are vegan😊
