Review of Vegan Croissants at Hang Ten Cafe by anmarwilding
Probably the most difficult thing to bake vegan - but this one is delicious!!!! Don't expect a traditional style of croissant as vegan dough reacts differently, BUT it has a soft but satisfying sweet crunch, a sweet almond flavoured glaze and lots of almonds ontop. The only thing I would do differently is toast the nuts before they get sprinkled on the croissant as it adds taste and texture. Highly recommended
