This consisted of a crispy turk'y patty smothered with house-made holiday gravy and topped with multi-grain stuffing and tangy-sweet cranberry sauce. It was fantastically satisfying, with a convincingly realistic plant-based version of turkey and yummy stuffing that was complemented by the cranberry sauce.
