never tried beef wellington before going vegan, but this was really good. the pastry wasn’t as crispy as i was expecting it to be, but the whole dish still tasted amazing. i specially loved the coconut mushroom sauce! a bit too coconutty for my mum, but it didn’t matter to me cuz the mushroom flavour was amazing!
