I’ve been wanting to try this with someone ever since my first visit here since sharing this one is half the fun. 1 out of the 6 rolls is super spicy hot, earning this the nickname Russian Roulette. I was disappointed that I wasn’t the lucky one who got that roll, but each one still had a nice little kick from the jalapeños and great flavor from the beets, avocados, asparagus, tofu, rice crackers, and seaweed pearls. #veganisnotscary
