This vegan version of a classic Sri Lankan street food favorite consisted of diced pieces of house-made godamba roti stir-fried with polos (jackfruit) curry, gravy, JUST Egg, chilies, leeks, green cabbage, savoy cabbage, and carrots, then topped with scallions. This was such a flavorful and satisfying comfort food dish.
