Super convenient to be able to grab some frozen shredded potatoes from this bag and throw them in a frying pan. I usually like to get them a lot crispier but I was in a bit of a rush this morning. I guess in general it’d be better not to buy a plastic bag of something that nature puts a layer of skin on, at least they last in the freezer indefinitely so you can still make hash browns when you’re in a rush. #veganisnotscary
