Can't beat rice pudding hey!! It's a shame there isn't one in a tin (a vegan one) that you can just microwave, but this isn't too difficult luckily. The instructions say to oven cook for 2 hours - but I cooked it on the hob for 10 minutes & that worked a dream. Add some strawberry jam on top & you're good to go 👌
