The sauce had the right level of tanginess, but I felt it could have used even more flavour. The eggplant was tender and satisfying, but I think they could have been crispier. #veganisnotscary

vikas I like the crispy fried eggplant here. Also check out their summer tofu pot although need to ask for it without porkReply
