OMG THIS WAS #SOGOOD 😇 The blend of pine nuts, almonds and cashews made it a super rich, nutritious, protein-packed drink. This and the wild rice porridge made a pretty filling meal. Just whole foods and sugar (no honey), it was on the sweet side but not too much. It was not a very big serving, didn't fill my cup I transferred to, but it was so rich and filling. My mum didn't like the almond essence flavour but I found it fine. #mylk #bestpicks #veganheaven
