Review of Fried Yuba Dry Ramen at Flavours by Saute by rumblingradishes
As someone who doesn't eat the fish based stuff in Yong Tau Foo, I personally didn't like the fried yuba, specifically the mock fishcake within the yuba, but the yuba itself was fine. The noodles were great this time around, probably because I ate them quickly without leaving them to turn mushy. The fried mushroom bits and seaweed are a nice touch for texture.
