These noodles were really great and had a good amount of protein! Surprised to see all the vegan friendly options at So Pho. I ordered these noodles as vegetarian and added a side note for no egg, but it still came with egg and since I was in a hurry, I picked them out and gave them to my mom... just a warning for those that mind cross contamination.
