You can choose between wheat and whole grain flour. The pizza is served without cheese. There are more vegetarian pizzas, so you can order them without cheese to make them vegan.
If you want to go there for dinner, I would recommend you to make a reservation.
All dishes were super delicious and the stuff was very friendly!
