If you are looking for something fresh this is the dish to go for. More umami than a salad bowl with the seaweed and mushrooms and the rice fills. All ingredients were very fresh I think that was the trick. But I preferred the BAMBOO RICE which they have recently substituted with organic brown rice. I wish they would bring that back.
