
We need seeds to help balance our nutrition such as getting Omega 3, if you don't want to use supplements, though there isn't anything wrong with supplements whatsoever, you can get flaxseed. I use to eat them as is like sprinkled them on my rice of veggie lomein but its a complete game changer to ground them and mix two Tbsp in oatmeal. This is so good to start start your day with.
