Giving this a super 5 star rating! The udon is slurp worthy in a rich savoury broth. The strong aroma and taste comes from the sacha soup made with spinach, tomatoes white button mushrooms, portobello mushrooms and mushroom stalks. The rispy ikan bilis (anchovies) made from mushroom stalks, complements the heart bite of the lion's mane mushroom and soft Japanese udon. Perfect combination! Simply heavenly! Must order again!
