Let me start by saying this is my new favorite menu item. It generally has crunchy, tangy slaw, and a lightly spicy but very flavorful patty. However, this time I found a very long hair tangled in the slaw when I was already about a third of the way through eating. I was nauseated and unable to take another bite. As I had ordered to go and was an hour away from the restaurant when I discovered this I couldn’t ask them to remake the sandwich for me.
