Awesome burger with a subtle nod to a Pulp Fiction classic. Patty was made of mushrooms and walnuts and was crispy on the outside, very good rich umami flavor. Burger has options of cheddar or cashew cheese - I got the cashew and it had a pleasant kick to it. Comes with a side of fries or salad, I got both- fries were thin and crispy and salad had mixed greens/cucumber/red onion dresses with a light and refreshing vinaigrette. Got a hard cider to wash it all down. Now that is a tasty burger!
