I literally couldn't love this dish more: it is SO YUMMY! The "hollandaise" is tart and tangy, the tofu "egg" and bacun are savoury and delicious, the hash browns are crispy and herbal, the presentation is gorgeous, the service is wonderful, the location is fabulous... I can't review this highly enough!!
