This vegan asian bowl from Bamboo Plant is amazing! I’ve honestly ordered it quite a few times since they have opened! It has all my favorite things and the edamame beans and mushrooms just make this dish truly wonderful 💚💚💚

It’s filled with grilled teriyaki mushrooms, broccoli, edamame, carrot, beet, seaweed salad, kimchi, spring onion, avo, glass noodles and sesame salt.
