Vanilla gluten free cake mix with a base of rice and corn flour. Instead of eggs and dairy milk, I made it with 1 flax egg, 1/4 cup mashed banana and pay milk. The cake was very very sweet but the vanilla flavor was good and spot on the texture was somewhat dense.
