Review of King Oyster Mushroom Kolo Mee at 擂茶树 Thunder Tree by sarahalee27

Mind-blown by this dish! Their noodles are all made from scratch and turned out springy and very QQ in texture. And of course they were well-complemented by the various toppings, including their fried wonton dumplings and king oyster mushrooms that were all seasoned and cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come back again, perhaps to try their thunder tea rice next? Though I’d probably just end up ordering these noodles again...they’re really delicious!
