Due to COVID-19, they adapted to making kits available for pickup at the Bloomington Winter Farmers’ Market. Had everything we needed: main taco filling (potato/tempeh goodness), chopped white onion, pickled red onions, cut limes, two salsas, corn tortillas, cilantro, and sliced cucumbers/radishes. Everything was perfected packaged and ready to go. #uplandspeak
