I was attracted to the word "vegan" and that it's supposed to mimic chicken. Even though it's supposedly reduced sodium, it's basically salt, which is the first ingredient. Not a healthy addition at all. Can't add much at one shot or it'll be too salty. Bought from Mustafa and it was clumped together, probably quite old. Won't buy again.
